I wanted to take this time to write to you about my experience in working with your company. I had the total pleasure of working with your man Kyle on my sewer drain pipes. They run under my cement floor and of course, being as I have an older home, I was very concerned as to the condition and what would be required to bring the pipes back into a very good useable condition and of course, costs....Kyle along with his confidence and professionalism, assured me of what I could expect and did EVERYTHING within his ability to bring the job in or under the price quoted. I have been in the construction business myself for 44 years and to know when a guy is doing a good job. Kyle and his partner were very good! They had to cut out some of my flooring to replace a section of pipe that had deteriorated. They cut it out, did the repair, than patched the floor back in. They cleaned up all the mess and I never even knew they were there. He also did a liner on my pipes and showed me with the camera the difference. I can now say that everything works as it should (finally!) You have all of my business from this date forward. I really appreciate the care and concern shown to me through out this process.

My wife and I recently had a large plumbing job quoted and performed by Turek plumbing. They set up a time to inspect our issues and called enroute to ensure we were synced up. They were prompt and professional while inspecting and showed us exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done. Unfortunately, it was rather expensive, to no fault of theirs, and we agreed to the work after a few days of deliberation. (Lateral deterioration from house to street)
On the day the work commenced, they were on time and basically laid out protection on our flooring from the house entrance and through every area they would be working/walking. They were very busy and focused the entire time and completed the work ahead of schedule on day two. They kept us abreast of everything along the way and we felt very comfortable with them in/out of our house.
We are not only happy with the work, but we are also thankful that true professionalism still exists and will be recommending Turek to our neighbors as they incur the same issues due to the age of our properties.
